This course will dive into how to perform Shakespeare with greater attention to detail. This fun, engaging course will give you the opportunity to study passages of Shakespeare and give you the tools to perform your favorite monologues, sonnets, and scenes. With a healthy mix of group activity and individual attention, people taking this course will have a newfound passion for the Bard!

Instructor
Jeff Larsen earned his Bachelor of Arts from Augustana University in Theatre and Philosophy, and his Master of Fine Arts in Directing at the University of South Dakota. His background includes working in the greater Sioux Falls area as a director, actor, designer, and producer. He has worked with Bare Bodkins Theatre Company for the past 10 years as an actor, performing Shakespeare at Falls Park. Serving as an instructor and adjunct professor of theatre, his mission is to inspire a passion for the arts in the community, and the next generation, in a fun and engaging manner.
