Dakota Skies is a new musical in development about the state of South Dakota and the people inhabiting it. Serving as a love letter to the state through the form of American musical theatre, it includes several historical references, musical genres and local iconography that South Dakotan audiences will treasure. With a book and lyrics by Stu Whitney, music and arrangements by Analise Levesque, and creative development produced by Oliver Mayes, this presentation of Dakota Skies will be its world premiere!
