It has come to our attention that there are countless ticket resale websites offering tickets to our upcoming production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL for extremely high price points, and in some cases, selling additional pre & post-show programming that is not in alignment with the pre-show experiences that we actually offer at the Orpheum Theater Center. We have experienced this in the past, most recently with our Season 21 finale HAIR, but not quite to this extent 👎 We want to make it clear that The Premiere Playhouse is not associated with these sites and would like to warn our patrons that they are not reliable sources for purchasing tickets to our performances – any seats secured through them will not be accepted at arrival 🚫

🎟️ TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE: The ONLY website to purchase your tickets directly to our Orpheum performances is 3eencore.com and the most common way to get there is through the performance event pages on our TPP website or alternatively the Orpheum Theater Center’s website siouxfallsorpheum.com. The final & ONLY other option is through perusing the Washington Pavilion’s website as we are listed as a partner organization utilizing one of their affiliate venues, the Orpheum Theater Center. This is the best method for purchasing adult tickets as you will save the most in fees. Any performances or events produced outside of the Orpheum are sold directly through our website, which most often connects you to a non-profit fundraising platform to purchase your tickets and requires minimal fees 💻
🎟️ TO PURCHASE TICKETS OVER THE PHONE: Call the box office at 605-731-2420, typically open Tuesday-Sunday during business hours. This is 1 of the 2 methods available for purchasing student, senior or group tickets 📱
🎟️ TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN PERSON: Visit the box office at 301 S. Main Avenue (inside of the Washington Pavilion), typically open Tuesday-Sunday during business hours. If seats are available on the day of a performance, you can purchase your tickets onsite at the Orpheum’s box office (315 N. Phillips Avenue) typically beginning 1 hour prior to the performance. This is 1 of the 2 methods available for purchasing student, senior or group tickets 🎭
ANY other sites or sources claiming to offer tickets to our productions are NOT reliable – we work closely with our box office services partner, 3e Encore, to prevent the sales of tickets to resellers and unusual bulk purchasers.
